Transferring account ownership

You can transfer ownership of your Open Exchange Rates account at any time by changing the account name and email address via your Account Dashboard. The account will retain its app ID, usage statistics and transaction history.

You can also reset the password for your account if needed.

If you pay for the service with a recurring PayPal subscription and need to make changes to it, please contact us to set up a new payment.
